management and delivery is one of Aurovision's core
competencies. We lay emphasis on and invest in planning,
monitoring and tracking our projects. A percentage
of management time is allocated to this activity
as an integral part of each project team and team
leaders are held strictly accountable for adherence
to plan. Deviations are highlighted at an early
stage through management reporting and escalation
processes in place and immediate attention given
to their correction.
Aurovision's approach entails breaking up each project
into sub-components and assigning them to complementary
teams that take each component forward and work
interactively to ensure that all parts come together
as a congruous whole. The keys to our reputation
for timely delivery are foresight, business acumen,
technological expertise and continuous monitoring.
This helps us formulate realistic plans and timelines
and avoids delays. Implementation is a core part
of our project life cycle, as Aurovision focuses
on tangible results. We build solutions keeping
in mind practicalities of integration. iManage,
our own automated project management system using
the Microsoft .NET platform and MS Project tools
ensures control on schedules, quality and delivery.
The Aurovision teams have been trained to follow
structured methods and use engineering tools for
development and delivery. Continuous training ensures
insights into new techniques and new routines.
